    This was previously handled by creating architectural diagrams for each workflow that I wanted to explain in a tool like Miro. Now, I simply pick up the Apple Pencil and draw a diagram in Freeform. I can move boxes around with the cut/paste/move features as the diagram grows (which you can't do with pen and paper), and the infinite canvas means that these designs can grow as large as needed.
